Microsoft has officially launched Surface Pro X, Surface Pro 7 and Surface Laptop in India. These Microsoft laptops will be sold in India through all major offline and online retailers.
The starting prices of all these laptop models are as follows – Surface Pro X starting at Rs 98,999, Surface Pro 7 starting at Rs 72,999 and Surface Laptop 3 starting at Rs 98,999.

Microsoft Surface Pro X price, specifications

Microsoft claims that the Surface Pro X is the company’s thinnest and lightest 2-in-1 laptop ever, measuring just 7.3 millimeters thick and weighing just 774 grams. In comparison, Apple’s latest Macbook Air comes with a weight of about 1.29 kg and its thickness is 16 millimeters.
The Microsoft Surface Pro X has a 3: 2 aspect ratio and a 13-inch display, which has a resolution of 2880×1920 pixels. It works on the Microsoft SQ1 ARM processor, co-developed with Qualcomm.
The laptop can be used with the optional Surface Pro X signature keyboard and Surface slim pen, which are sold separately. The Surface Pro X comes with 13 hours of battery life and supports fast charging and LTE connectivity.
Currently, only one variant of this laptop has been launched in India, which is LTE and comes with 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage. Its price is Rs 98,999.

The new Surface Pro 7 works on Intel’s 10th generation CPU, which according to Microsoft makes it 2.3 times faster than the current older model. Available in black and platinum trims, the Surface Pro 7 has a 12.3-inch pixelsense display and weighs just 775 grams.
Connectivity options also include a USB Type-C and a USB connector with Surface Connect port. The built-in kickstand gives you the option of using it as a laptop when attached to an optional signature type cover, sold separately.

The Surface Laptop 3 retains the previous generation’s thinner and lighter design, but brings the new Intel CPU. It now comes with two display sizes of 13.5-inch and 15-inch. The 13.5-inch model weighs 1.26 kg (platinum color variant), which has a display resolution of 2256×1504 pixels.
The 15-inch model weighs 1.54kg, has a display resolution of 2496×1664 pixels and has either an AMD Radeon Vega 9 or Radeon RX Vega 11 GPU. The two models have some things in common, such as around 11.5 hours of battery life, USB Type-A, USB Type-C and Surface Connector ports, headphone sockets, and HD webcams with Windows Hello biometric authentication.

The 15-inch variant has AMD Ryzen 5 3580U CPU with Radeon Vega 9 graphics. It also comes with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage, which costs Rs 1,16,999.
